PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing part for an adjusting screw easily performing mainteenance, having the simple constitution and having no disadvantageous influence on the constituting height of a valve driving device, on a rocker arm of the valve driving device. SOLUTION: A screw head 22 operates together with a rotation preventive element 30, and the rotation preventive element 30 has a lock part for engaging with the screw head 22 and a support part 32 for releasing the position changing moment.
