PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily executable method for decoding a plurality of data blocks capable of saving concerning a processing time and costs, that is, saving directly related with the characteristics of data to be transmitted. SOLUTION: At least one parameter related with at least one data block is transmitted to the data block, the parameter expresses the relative significance of the data block related with the parameter is messages transmitted by all the data blocks, and data are encoded by a channel coding method which does not take into account the parameter. Correlatively, this method also concerns a a decoding method related with this transmitting method. Thus, the data judged to be more significant than the other data can benefit from a channel decoding whose quality is much higher. This is applied even to a device and equipment for realizing those methods.
