PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coordinate the procedure of acceptance and sending of orders in an order acceptance and sending job which requires a trial manufacturing process before formal mass production. SOLUTION: In case of performing the procedure of the acceptance and sending of orders between a client and a server, when accepting the order sending of mass production within a prescribed period when the acceptance of an order for a trial product is selected on the side of a client, a charge for trial manufacturing is discounted, the discount rate of a charge for mass production is displayed corresponding to a period until the order sending of mass production, and a buyer is quickened to decide the specification of the trial product and then requested to input the confirmation of payment. Furthermore, a server stores the first date when the confirmation of payment is inputted. Furthermore, after finishing the trial product, the side of the client decides whether to send the order of mass-produced products and displays the effect that inputting of the quantity of the mass-produced product is quickened. Furthermore, the second date of the time point of inputting whether to send the order of the mass-produced product is stored and the charge for mass production and the trial charge are calculated based on a difference between the first date and the second date to display it on a monitor on the side of the client. |
