PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic interest rate calculation system for setting an interest rate to be applied on the basis of the security information and loan information of a customer. SOLUTION: In this automatic interest rate calculation system for setting loan in a network bank belonging to securities company, a basic interest rate information storing part 12 is searched with an account present price obtained by multiplying user account information 9 and 10 by the present price information 11 of securities and further by a numerical value calculated by an account maximum loss amount calculating part 22, a utilization factor and loan period information, and an applying interest rate calculating part 26 calculates an interest rate to be applied.
