SOLUTION: The maintenance menu providing method is for providing the maintenance menu corresponding to the state of an automobile while using a computer, and is provided with a provision preparing stage composed of a step for previously storing the prescribed maintenance menu and a step for storing information on the article purchase or the like of an automobile user as history information and a providing stage composed of a step for extracting the history information of the automobile user to become the object of a maintenance service in response to a request, a step for automatically extracting the maintenance menu corresponding to the stage of the automobile of the automobile user on the basis of the extracted history information and a step for displaying the extracted maintenance menu on the output means of the computer. Thus, the uniform maintenance menu corresponding to the state of the automobile of the automobile user is provided at all times. |
