PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology which enables easy and highly reliable settlement of a trouble by decreasing burden of risk of the person concerned concerning whether personal information can be disclosed by a provider or not. SOLUTION: The demand of examination designating transmitting contents which can be browsed by a provider side processor 102 connected by a network is accepted, and thicket information for identifying a transmitter, who transmits the designated transmitting contents, is received and transmitted to an examination support processor 100. The transmitting contents to become the object of examination and the ticket information are stored on an examination managing DB, the entry of the examined result of the requested examination is accepted and stored on the examination managing DB and on the basis of the ticket information stored on the examination managing DB, the personal information of that transmitter is acquired and transmitted to the examination support processor. The examined result stored in the examination managing DB and the received personal information of the transmitter are transmitted to an examination demander side processor 104. |
