PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare a housekeeping book in each house by automatically accumulating basic data for preparing the housekeeping book by using a communication network. SOLUTION: A communication terminal devices 3 installed in respective dwelling units where a contract is made, communication servers 2 of associated dealers for making the contract with the respective dwelling units and an accounting data accumulation representatively acting server 1 are connected through the communication network N such as the Internet. The communication servers 2 of the associated dealers transmit transaction data to the server 1 in making a transaction with any of the dwelling units where the contract is made. The server 1 accumulates the transaction data received from the servers 2 of the associated dealers in each dwelling unit and distributes the accumulated transaction data as journal basic data to the terminal devices 3 of the respective dwelling units where the contract is made.
