SOLUTION: In a hot water supply apparatus A, a controller 9 continues the energization to a circulating pump 6 in the case when the temperature of discharge refrigerant is high (over 95 deg.C) at the time of stopping the operation of a heat pump (stopping the operation of a compressor 1). Moreover, the valve travel of a water pressure regulating valve 23 is reduced to increase the channel resistance inside a hot water supply circuit 8, and the boil of the water and hot water inside the water and hot water passage 22 is prevented. |
