PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing device, capable of appropriately correcting a management number for managing the data of reproduction object and displaying management number. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 4 controls a reproducing part 6 and reads TOC information for managing each track from a CD-R 10. The microcomputer 4 discriminates tracks to be skip objects, according to skip information included in the read TOC information. The microcomputer 4 specifies respective tracks to be reproduction objects other than the discriminated tracks. The microcomputer 4 corrects the track numbers of the respective specified tracks, by reassigning the track numbers to consecutive numbers, starting from '01'. Then, the microcomputer 4 displays the corrected track numbers on a displaying part 1, for instance, in the case of reproducing the tracks of the reproduction objects.
