PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of exterior wall panels facilitating operations and preventing intrusion of rainwater even after the lapse of a long period. SOLUTION: The horizontal cross-sectional width of a space 8 at a vertical joint portion 2 between adjacent exterior wall panels 1 and 1 is a <=b<c where (a) is the width of an outdoor side space 9; (b) is the width of an indoor side space 10; and (c) is the width of an intermediate space 11 between the indoor and outdoor sides.
