PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for connecting girders, beams and columns together capable of maintaining high connection strength even when the structure receives heavy load in an earthquake or the like. SOLUTION: A girder member 1 and a beam member 2 placed approximately perpendicularly on the girder member 1 are positioned between an upper column member 3 and a lower column member 4 and the structure includes a connecting fitting 10 for connecting the girder member 1 to the beam member 2 and a drawing fitting 30 for drawing the upper column member 3 and the lower column member 4 together. The connecting fitting 10 is formed integrally from a beam fixing portion 11 fastened to the beam member 2 while holding the beam member 2, and a beam fixing position 12 fastened to the upper surface of the girder member 1. The drawing fitting 30 has, between an upper column fixing portion 32 fastened to the upper column member 3 and a lower column fixing portion 33 fastened to the lower column member 4, a bolt member 31 for drawing the upper column fixing portion 32 and the lower column fixing portion 33 together. The bolt member 31 is passed through the girder fixing portion 12 of the connecting fitting 10 and the girder member 1.
