PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high durability image forming member by incorporating a graft copolymer having a core/shell structure into an image forming member such as an electrophotographic photoreceptor, a transfer belt or a fixing belt and to provide a high sensitivity and high durability electrophotographic photoreceptor, an electrophotographic device with the electrophotographic photoreceptor and a process cartridge for the electrophotographic device. SOLUTION: The image forming member contains a graft copolymer having a core/shell structure with a core part comprising a polymer formed with one or more polymers and a shell part comprising a layer containing a linear chain structure part obtained by graft-polymerizing one or more monomers in the matrix resin.
