PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that high-grade skills and lots of time for mounting the protocols of respective data sources and analyzing data formats are required in the case of adding a new service or supporting unsupported field equipment since a communication protocol and the data format are different for the respective data sources. SOLUTION: A standard protocol is used for the communication protocol between the data source and a service request processing part and data are transmitted by a data form provided with XSL or the data form provided with format data.
