PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor control center system capable of controlling the inside of a house from a remote location while reducing a load on a host computer in the monitor control center system. SOLUTION: An external terminal 4 makes an inquiry or an instruction to the host computer 5 by E-mail regarding objects to be controlled in house in this case, a mail address allocated to the own house is used as a destination of the E-mail. Upon receiving the E-mail and recognizing the sender and the mail address, a mail server 5b of the host computer 5 converts the information of the inquiry into codes in a UUI communication server 5a to form a UUI packet. The server 5a transmits the UUI packet to a customer station communication device 1. The device 1 makes an inquiry to a sensor 3 or allows a control device 2 to control the objects.
