PURPOSE: A headphone accessory is provided, which comprises a functional and fashionable sheathing body which are used for a long time and creates various characters. CONSTITUTION: The headphone accessory includes a sound field formation member(30) which is formed in a shape of supporting a speaker unit(10,10') playing a sound from an electrical signal or an open type enclosure(20,20') installed with the speaker unit and surrounding around an ear of a listener and has a cylindrical part forming a space gathering sound from the speaker unit or the enclosure to the ear of the listener. And the headphone accessory also includes an outer sheath which is inserted into an outer circumference of the cylindrical part of the sound field formation part separately and contacts with a face around the ear of the listener under the state of being inserted. The outer sheath is formed with an elastic material, a silicon.
