<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic watermark inserting device and an electronic watermark extracting device and an electronic watermark system, that can prevent contents consisting of digital data with information inserted thereto from deteriorating, accurately extract the inserted information and maintain contents by each of contents, even in the case of literary works where a plurality of contents are intermingled to protect the copyrights of the contents. SOLUTION: The electronic watermark inserting device 10 inserts electronic watermark information to digital data, to generate data with electronic watermark information inserted thereto and is characterized in the provision of an entry means 11 to which digital data with a prescribed bit width are supplied, an object extraction means 12 that analyzes the supplied digital data to extract an object in the digital data, and an electronic watermark insertion means 13 that inserts the electronic watermark information to the extracted object.</p> |
