PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a financial institution system in which a cash card is available and a customer can cancel a fixed deposit account without taking a bankbook with the customer to an automatic transaction machine. SOLUTION: In this financial institution system in which the automatic cash transaction machine capable of at least cash payment by the cash card (card) is connected to a financial institution side device in which a deposit account and the fixed deposit account corresponding to the card are opened, through a network, the financial institution side device (host 209) is provided with a password confirming means 21 for confirmation the password of the card set in the automatic cash transaction machine, a fixed deposit account retrieving means 22 for retrieving the fixed deposit account corresponding to the password, and a fixed deposit account canceling means 23 for performing cancellation processing of the fixed deposit account corresponding to an input operation when the input operation is conducted to the fixed deposit account from the automatic cash transaction machine in which the card is set. |
