PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission output controller which can control transmission outputs without delay with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: When no burst signal is inputted, the transmission output controller supplies a gain control voltage Vref2 which makes a decay rate the maximum to a variable attenuator 1 which supplies the voltage Vref2. When the input of a burst signal is detected, the controller supplies the gain control voltage of feedback inputted through a detector 8, a comparator 11, and an amplifier 12 by turning on an analog switch 13. Therefore, even when the control of the feedback is delayed, the rising-time amplitude of the burst signal does not become a peak-like form nor generate an unnecessary spectrum.
