PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of a plug or an execution part by jolting of an air hose. SOLUTION: A check valve 8 is provided on the plug 3 side connected to a socket 1. The check valve 8 allows compressed air supply from the socket 1 side and generates exhaust resistance of the compressed air from the plug 3 side when the plug 3 is separated from the socket 1.
