PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software system for control of a fixing heater temperature where medium to long term developing efficiency for the software can be improved. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a temperature sensor 401 processing temperature data for recognition of the temperature of the fixing unit, a heater part 403 to carry out control of a device that is in charge of the fixing unit temperature and a fixing temperature curve part 402 carrying out indication regarding the temperature data to the temperature sensor part 401 and indicating the control by the heating part 403 are provided and each of the parts are constituted as independent components that work in cooperation with each other.
