PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an output of a hydraulic power unit to reduce a installation cost, a running cost, etc. SOLUTION: The equipment has a die 2, an upper punch 4 attached to an upper punch plate 3, and a lower punch 6 attached to a fixed punch plate 5. The lower punch 6 is constituted of a fixed punch 7 and a movable punch 8. The fixed punch plate 5 is provided with: a driving cylinder 9 for directly advancing and retreating and displacing the movable punch 8; and a positioning cylinder 11 used for indirectly supporting the movable punch 8 and putting it in operation at slow speed and having output higher than that of the driving cylinder 9. Further, a movable block 12 for controlling the mounting and dismounting between the positioning cylinder 11 and the movable punch 8 is also provided. |
