PURPOSE: A foldable bulletin board for a banner is provided to simplify the installation of the banner, to enable a user to easily change only a desired banner among plural banners installed to the bulletin board. CONSTITUTION: The banner bulletin board is comprised of a pair of poles(2), a pair of chains installed along the longitudinal direction of each pole respectively, and a chain driving device, a banner lifting device, and a banner fixing device. The chain driving device comprises a driving shaft, sprockets installed to upper and lower sides of the pole, a bevel gear, and a rotating device for the driving shaft. The banner lifting device comprises a longitudinal rail, plural rollers, a stick type support, and a hinge. The upper roller fixing body portion is connected to the chain so as to be rotated and lifted together with the chain, and the lower banner support is rotatably fixed on the rail.
