APPARATUS FOR SUPPLYING PELLET OF APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATICALLY MOLDING LEADFRAME

PURPOSE: An apparatus for supplying a pellet of an apparatus for automatically molding a leadframe is provided to prevent a trouble of the pellet in a transfer process by making the pellet loaded to a loading unit by a gripper and vertically increase while the pellet is erect and aligned in a feeder, and to reduce an area occupied by the whole molding apparatus by installing every component constituting the supplier in a very small space. CONSTITUTION: The pellet is loaded to a hopper(100). The pellet is dropped to a shoot by vibration generated by a vibrating motor installed under the hopper. A vibrating feeder(200) generates vibration for generating a centrifugal rotation force to the pellet dropped to the shoot. The vibrating feeder erects the pellet, and selectively supplies normal pellets while eliminating the pellets having a size and diameter outside a normal range and damaged pellets. One by one, the gripper(300) picks up the pellet supplied from the feeder. The pellet gripped by the gripper is loaded to the loading unit(400). An elevating unit(500) increases the pellet loaded to the loading unit to a position where a loader of a molding unit can pick up the pellet.
