<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process design assisting device which enables a product designer or an assembling/disassembling process designer to easily evaluate the assembling performance of a product and design assembling processes, and evaluate the disassembling performance and design disassembling processes and to provide a process design assisting device which can perform both the assembling performance evaluation and assembling process designing, and disassembling performance evaluation and disassembling process designing. SOLUTION: This process design assisting device which receives a shape model for a product designed by using a CAD system and designs assembling and disassembling processes is equipped with a product model display part 21 which displays the shape model for the designed product, an assembling and disassembling information input part 22 which inputs assembling information and disassembling information according to the displayed shape model, an assembling and disassembling data generation part 23 which generates quantitative assembling data according to the assembling information and quantitative disassembling data according to the disassembling information, and a robot simulator 32 which verifies the assembling operation by using the assembling data and the disassembling operation by using the disassembling data.</p> |
