<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of releasing the 'reverberations' of words which instantaneously disappear as sounds on a screen as characters, working on them further and displaying the video images of virtual character strings by realizing new display in installation, utilizing the interest of the touch and the like as it is especially regarding video projection inside a water tank and connecting the technique of 3DCG further. SOLUTION: This virtual character display device is provided with a voice input means 2 for converting voice to voice signals, an interface means 3 for inputting the position of an operation indicator, an image formation means 4 for forming the characters corresponding to the inputted voice and an operation to be imparted to the characters, an image signal generation means 5 for converting image data obtained from the image formation means 4 to displayable image signals and a character video image output means 7 for displaying character video images on the screen by the image signals from the image signal generation means 5.</p> |
