摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid compressor capable of facilitating groove machining and improving machining precision when machining a spiral groove allowing fitting-in of a blade so as to come in and out freely and a key groove allowing fitting-in of an Oldham's ring key in XY direction so as to travel freely. SOLUTION: This fluid compressor is constituted such that a roller 14 is eccentrically arranged in a cylinder 5, the blade 18 is fitted in the spiral groove 17 provided along a peripheral face of the roller so as to come in and out freely, a space between the cylinder and it is partitioned and formed into a plurality of compression chambers 19 to form one end part and the other end part of the compression chamber as a suction part S and a discharge part D, respectively, the fluid sucked into the compression chamber in the suction part is transferred to a discharge part side while compressing the fluid, and a pressure of the fluid is set to a predetermined pressure in the compression chamber in the discharge part to discharge the fluid. The spiral groove is machined and formed in such a way that a value of surface roughness in a side face Ha on a suction part side is smaller than a value of surface roughness in a side face La on a discharge part side.</p>
