PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Fresnel lens excellent in the conformity of the wave front for each zone, capable of excellently compensating wave front aberration and having the optical action of an aspherical surface. SOLUTION: In this aspherical Fresnel lens, an incident surface 1A and/or an emitting surface 1B is constituted as a Fresnel lens surface, and the surface shape of the individual zone on the Fresnel lens surface is made the aspherical surface different from each other.
