PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid lowering of heat exchanging efficiency by preventing branch flow of refrigerant to a plurality of heat exchanger tubes in a heat exchanger from being shifted. SOLUTION: Upper header pipe and a lower header pipe are disposed in the horizontal direction, a plurality of heat exchanger tubes having a through hole in the longitudinal direction are disposed in the vertical direction and laid in a plurality of layers at a specified interval with the opposite ends in the longitudinal direction being inserted into the upper and lower header pipes thus constituting a heat exchanger. Lower surface of the upper header pipe and/or the lower header pipe approaches the opening of the through hole of the heat exchanger tube.
