PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel-light adjusting device, equipped with a parallel- light detection part which is small and of high accuracy, and which can be realized easily. SOLUTION: In the parallel-light adjusting device, the parallel-light detection part 101 is equipped, and the position in the focal direction of a collimator lens is adjusted, in such a way that the luminous flux from a light source becomes parallel light by the collimator lens. The part 101 is constituted of a rocking reflection part 5 which is composed of one condenser lens 3 and a reflecting mirror 11, a spot detection part 7 which is composed of the other condenser lens 15 and a light-receiving-position detection means 17 and a prism 9 for optical branching. The part 5 and the part 7 are faced and arranged by sandwiching the prism 9. The reflecting mirror 11 in the part 5 is arranged in the position at the focal distance of one condenser lens 3. The reflecting mirror 11 is provided with a tilt rocking means 13. The detection means 17 is arranged in the position at the focal distance of the other condenser lens 15.
