PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unauthorized act (for example alteration) of an electronic data specifying person who specifies the contents of electronic data for a prescribed period or at a prescribed time or prior to the prescribed time or after the prescribed time and to improve the reliability of a contract, a request, an application, a transaction and a settlement of accounts using electronic data. SOLUTION: A time guarantor system 1040 transmits first time data to a user 1 system 1010 (an electronic store 1 system 1060) and stores the data. The system 1010 (the system 1060) adds an electronic signature to the electronic data to which the first time data are added. Then, the data are transmitted to the system 1040. Then, the system 1040 adds second time data to the electronic data to which the electronic signature and the first time data are added and stores the data.
