PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy control system capable of reducing the energy consumption of an existing air conditioner. SOLUTION: An energy saving executing device for executing energy saving and an energy saving measuring device for measuring the amount of energy saving are installed on the existing air conditioner to effect energy saving. An inverter 107 for controlling the number of rotation of a fan 103 for the air conditioner 101 is employed as the energy saving executing device while a watthour meter 1 for measuring the electric power consumption of the fan 103 of the air conditioner 101, an operating hour integrating meter 2 for the air conditioner 101 and an energy saving amount calculating means 3 for calculating the amount of saved energy by the measured values of the watthour meter 1 and the operating hour integrating meter 2 are employed for the saved energy measuring device. |
