PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the handleability at the gripping time relative to an information reading device for reading information described on a label such as a bar code or the like. SOLUTION: In this information reading device equipped, in a casing, with a mechanism for irradiating an optical mark with light, receiving reflected light, and reading the optical mark, a reading window for emitting a beam for irradiating the optical mark and a gripping part gripped by an operator are formed on the casing, and the gripping part is formed so that the surface thereof on the back of the surface where the reading window of the casing is formed has a curved shape. |
