PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an address automatic input device and its method, and a communication terminal device, capable of executing access connection to the Internet simply and surely by a user. SOLUTION: An imaging part 11 images a URL address described in a printed document and outputs the address as image data, and an automatic calibration processing part 121 executes inclination correction in an image data range from the image data. A character extraction processing part 122 extracts the first character from the corrected image data range, calculates a character region per character, and cuts out successively the corrected image data range in the character region. A matching processing part 124 execute matching between the image data in the cut-out character region and character data registered beforehand, and outputs the matching result to a character code processing part 125, and the image data is converted here into a character code. The URL converted into the character code is transmitted to this communication terminal device by a transmission part 15.
