PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier, a sound apparatus and a method for outputting voice in which high sound quality reproduction is realized by removing the high frequency components of an analog signal thereby reducing unnecessary radiation of a sound signal. SOLUTION: The class D amplifier 1 comprises an LC filter 9 demodulating an input PWM signal to output an analog signal, an LC filter 11 demodulating the input PWM signal to output an analog signal, an HPF 12 for extracting only the high frequency components of an analog signal outputted from the LC filter 11, a section 13 for inverting and amplifying the high frequency components of the analog signal extracted through the HPF 12, and a choke transformer 10 for canceling the high frequency components inverted at the inverting/amplifying section 13 and the high frequency components of the analog signal outputted from the LC filter 9.
