摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method by which luminous flux received and projected by an objective lens set is effectively projected to an eyepiece lens set and the rotation and the movement of the eyepiece lens set do not have effect on an observation effect to an object when an optical means mechanically transmitted and controlled is installed between the objective lens set and the eyepiece lens set and the eyepiece lens set is adjusted and rotated on a fixed axial center. SOLUTION: When a prism, a plane mirror and a mechanical synchronizing transmitting means are provided between the objective lens set and the eyepiece lens set being an optical instrument and the eyepiece lens set is rotated and adjusted, the optical means is jointly driven and a light beam entering the objective lens set is refracted and reflected by the optical means, and then perfectly projected within the line of sight of the objective lens set. The eyepiece lens set is rotated and moved at an optional angle, and the line of sight is matched with the same aimed object. The objective lens device actuated by this adjusting method keeps the line of sight of the light beam of the optical instrument between the objective lens set and the eyepiece lens set so as not to be deviated.
