PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce various losses generated immediately before fluid flows in an impeller by generating a swirl flow of fluid flowing in the rotating impeller at a suction opening part of a turbo pump. SOLUTION: A rotation blade 16 projecting along a inner wall 17 of a suction opening part 15 in a spiral shape at the suction opening 15 of a turbo pump (centrifugal pump) 11 formed into a tube shape to lead fluid sucked in a impeller 12 to the impeller 12 from the rotation shaft direction F of the impeller 12 by rotation of the impeller 12 housed in a casing 14. Fluid rotates in the rotation direction of the impeller 12 and flows in the impeller.
