PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring about inexpensive mass production while enabling easy and efficient fixation to a slope face and grow plants planted on the slope face in an ideal environment by enabling humification with ideal timing based on the growing state of the plants. SOLUTION: The greening structure of the slope face 8 allows the greening pot 1 manufactured of a paper tube 6 to be fixed to the slope face 8. The greening pot 1 is formed in such a manner that the lower end of the paper tube 6 impregnated with oil is obliquely cut along the tilt angle (α) of the slope face 8. The greening pot 1 used for the greening structure is manufactured by a manufacturing method therefor, which comprises an oil impregnation process for impregnating the paper tube 6 with the oil and a cutting process wherein the paper tube 6 impregnated with the oil is obliquely cut so as to take a bottom face as an inclined face.
