PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner with high reliability capable of comfortable dehumidification operation in a wide fresh air temperature region including summer and winter. SOLUTION: A compressor and a dehumidification operation drawing apparatus are controlled such that temperature of an indoor heat exchanger that is changed from a condenser to a re-heater is prevented from rapidly rising. Consequently, there is eliminated the rise of blow-off air moisture providing uncomfortableness to a person in a room, and hence damage of the compressor and lowering of reliability of a refrigerant piping are prevented from occurring, and further deterioration of performance due to an excess amount of a refrigerant upon heating cycle dehumidification operation is avoided to secure the amount of dehumidification without relying upon fresh air temperature.
