PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve system of an internal combustion engine having a supply oil passage for reducing a pressure loss even if lubricating oil infiltrating into the supply oil passage arranged in the valve system of the internal combustion engine having a roller for rollingly contacting with a valve system cam increases according to high rotation of an engine, improving a lubricatating property to a roller part and lengthening the service life of a rocker arm. SOLUTION: In this valve system of the internal combustion engine having the rocker arm support member for arranging an oil passage inside, a camshaft arranged in the valve system cam and the supply oil passage for supplying the lubricating oil to the roller from a rocker arm support member in the rocker arm having the roller for rollingly contacting with the valve system cam, the valve system of the internal combustion engine is formed so as to gradually increase the passage area of the supply oil passage toward a rocker arm support member side opening part from a roller side opening part.
