PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device structure and a method for an outdoor marker utilizing an organic light emission diode(OLED) technique. SOLUTION: OLEDs are patterned into a marker, and it is combined with an outer layer comprising a high-scattering, nonabsorbing film provided on an OLED luminescent region and a high-absorbing film provided on a nonluminescent region. The marker is visible by the organic electroluminescent(EL) light on the condition that the ambient light level is low, and it is visible by the outside film on the condition that the ambient light level is high.
