PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that labor and time required for inputting novel data can not be totally reduced sometimes since much labor and time are required for preparing a template or maintenance even when the template is prepared in the case of inputting information containing data concerning plural items such as schedule of an individual or group. SOLUTION: The list of input candidates is generated concerning the data of items different from inputted schedule data from schedule information matched or similar to the inputted schedule data, and the schedule data are inputted by selecting any input candidate out of a selection menu containing the list of input candidates. Thus, total labor and time required for inputting the novel data can be sufficiently reduced.
