PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerating temperature control method of a diesel particulate filter capable of lengthening the service life by restraining a temperature rise at retreatment time of filters by using temperature rise elapsed time up to a prescribed second temperature from a prescribed first temperature. SOLUTION: In this regenerating temperature control method in a diesel particulate filter device 1 for regenerating the filters 11f and 21f by burning and removing a scavenged particulate-like substance by scavenging the particulate-like substance by using the filters 11f and 21f for exhaust emission control of a diesel engine, the method is constituted by including control for interrupting regenerating treatment when elapsed time tb is not more than a prescribed judging value by measuring the elapsed time tb when a temperature of the filters 11f and 21f at regenerating treatment time rises up to the prescribed second temperature from the prescribed first temperature in the middle of regeneration.
