<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel fixing method for snow drop prevention net, where a snow drop prevention net is fixed easily and surely and further corona discharge is prevented effectively. SOLUTION: After a snow drop prevention net 3 is placed around an overhead line body 1, the snow drop prevention net 3 is fixed on the overhead line body 1 by pinching the net with a fixing ring 5, that has a larger number of grooves 5a or projections 5b formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof. Thus the snow drop prevention net 3 is fixed easily and surely on the overhead line body 1, and consequently, labor and time required for installation work is reduced significantly. Further, problems such as noise due to corona discharge, are suppressed effectively by covering the ends of the net with the fixing ring 5.</p> |
