<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator controller for vehicle, which can reduce a switching noise with a simplified circuit structure. SOLUTION: The regulator (power generator controller for vehicle) 1 comprises a MOS type transistor 11, a free wheeling diode 12, a voltage detection circuit 13 and a voltage boosting circuit 14. A charge pump circuit included in the voltage boosting circuit 14 sets the number of stages of capacitor to the even number stages. When a capacitor 43 of the first stage is discharged and a capacitor 44 of the final stage is charged, a current inputted to this charge pump circuit is supplied to a gate terminal of a MOS type transistor 11. Accordingly, the current supply operation via this diode 51 and the current supply operation by the charge pump circuit are carried out alternately.</p> |
