PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile radio terminal device where an antenna is matched with two frequencies, a channel of reception radio wave at low level and a channel of transmission radio wave, so that the antenna transmission/ reception characteristics of the mobile radio terminal device is improved. SOLUTION: An antenna matching circuit 12 matches radio signals of all frequencies in reception and transmission, and an antenna matching circuit control part 13, whose capacity value is variable, controls matching of antenna impedance of an antenna. A control part 17 compares a reception electric-field level inputted into the mobile radio terminal device with that of a base station, and based on the comparison result, controls matching of the antenna impedance. The intensity (level) of a reception electric field at receiving a signal with the antenna always fluctuates depending on reception place, reception condition, and reception time. The control part 17 temporarily stores an RSSI signal of the mobile radio terminal device in a memory 18.
