PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite analyzing method which calculates a necessary part with high precision at a high speed on the whole as to a thermal fluid analysis used for cooling structure simulation, etc., of a heat generating LSI on a substrate. SOLUTION: Partially corrected coefficient data are generated through high- precision calculation by using an analyzing method suitable for high-speed calculation and an analyzing method suitable for the high-precision calculation and the whole system is calculated at a high speed by using the data to shorten the thermal design time by thermal fluid simulation.
