PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic conversion apparatus capable of suppressing the abnormal vibration of a machine vibration system. SOLUTION: In the electromagnetic conversion apparatus having an inside ring part 3, an outside ring part 4 and three or more circular arc-like spring parts 5 arranged through a groove between the inside ring part 3 and the outside ring part 4 and constituted of arranging a spring 16 consisting of a metallic thin plate connecting one end of each spring part 5 to the inside ring part 3 through an inside connection part 7 and connecting the other end of each spring part 5 to the outside ring part 4 through an inside connection part 7 between a yoke 17 and a case 13, fixing the outer peripheral part of the yoke 17 on the inside ring part 3 of the spring 16 and fixing the outside ring part 4 of the spring 16 on the case 13, the longitudinal direction of an arm part 6 connected to the connection parts 7 of the spring parts 5 more than a half of three or more spring parts 5 is almost rectangular to the rolling direction X of the metallic thin plate.
