MOLDING FRAME DEGATOR OF APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATICALLY MOLDING LEAD FRAME

PURPOSE: A molding frame degator of an apparatus for automatically molding a lead frame is provided to completely eliminate cull, by cooling a molding frame molded at a molding unit while the molding frame is transferred by a degate transfer. CONSTITUTION: The degate transfer(100) transfers the molding frame molded at the molding unit. A cooling unit(200) cools the molding frame supplied from the degate transfer. The degator(300) eliminates an unnecessary resin portion from the molding frame cooled by the cooling unit. An alignment(400) aligns the molding frame degated at the degator in the same direction and exhausts the molding frame to the exterior.
