PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure reception timing of an arrival wave with a minimum propagation delay time of spread spectrum signal, even under multi- path environment. SOLUTION: A first threshold timing detection section 103 utilizes a delay profile, that is created by a delay profile generation section 102 and a first threshold 330, that is inputted from a first threshold calculation section 105 to select the fastest reception timing which exceeds the first threshold from amon the timings, where the correlation value of the delay profile is maximized. A reference timing calculation section 106 utilizes the reception timing and a second threshold 331 that is inputted from a second threshold calculation section 107, to calculate the reference timing required for calculating the reception timing of an arrival wave with the minimum delay time. A reception timing calculation section 108 outputs timing, that is shifted by timing that is preset from the reference timing as reception timing 113 of an arrival wave with the minimum propagation delay time. |
