DOCUMENT DATA CONVERTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document data converting method which converts document data created in arbitrary file format to a file format that display software can handle. SOLUTION: A picture for input is generated by using software A which is actuated on a server 1 and skillful in handling document data. A picture for display is generated by using software B which is actuated on a client 3 and skillful in display processing. When document data are processed and displayed by the client 3, the client 3 accesses the server 1 to actuate the software A and process the document data and then converts the file format by a file format conversion part 5 to generate a document data file that the software B can handle; and the software B processes and displays the received document data file on the side of the client 3.
